Insulators for U-posts and Chain Link Fence
This section includes line insulators only. A good share of corner/end insulators will work on posts made of any material (including chain link fence posts). Product 07-32 (modified recently to stand out from the post) is a 3-inch extender insulator for U-posts 1.75 to 2.125 inches wide and chain link fence that accepts wire, polywire, and polyrope. Products 07-102 and 07-103 are plastic insulators that snap onto chain link fencing and hold the conductor (wire, polywire, or polyrope) 3.5 inches out from the chain link fence. Product 07-104 is an Elfin-style insulator on a traditional Essex extender that attaches to U-posts, T-posts, and chain link fence. It accepts wire or polywire and holds these 5 inches out from the post or chain link fence. Products 07-33 and 07-34 are U-post insulators for polytape up to 1.5 inches wide. Products 07-36 and 07-36W are Top’R insulators that fit onto the top of standard width U-posts 1.75 to 2.125 inches wide. They can carry wire, polywire, polyrope, and polytape up to 1.5 inches wide.
